Throughout each month, I will keep up with your accounts, all transactions, and provide standard monthly financial reports.

If you have not had a bookkeeper for any length of time, chances are you'll need your books cleaned or caught up.

If you are not currently using QuickBooks Online, we will get your business set up so that both of our businesses can work efficiently using the same software! 

I will create a tailored list of reports to track specific business metrics to help you know how your business is doing in a variety of ways.

Finalizing books for tax filing, creating adjusting entries, and ensuring everything is clean for your CPA.

If you're new to quickbooks, or if you just want to learn more, I will teach you how to use QuickBooks to make both of our jobs easier.

If you'd like, we can handle payroll either through QuickBooks Payroll or an external app.

When it comes to tax time, we'll work with your tax preparer and make sure they have all of the necessary documents.

We will create and send invoices, track customer/client payments, and follow up on overdue invoices.

We will create and manage bills, track due dates, and prepare payments.

We will track contractor payments and prepare 1099 forms for tax filing.

We will prepare and file your sales taxes, however often your business is required to file.
